Items purchased from bluejose.com are custom made and printed just for you so that I can not accept return, but we'll support you 50% of your new products.
If you received a parcel with damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please let us know by contacting our Customer Service Team by email: support@bluejose.com or jnjgroupvn@gmail.com with a picture of the damaged item and your order number, then we will gladly take a look for you to see what went wrong! We will refund or send replacement products within 24 hours.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
